Not that it reflects in any way my mood exactly, coz I'm happily in love with an awesome boy who has been with me through the past 21 months with total commitment and with as much, or even more, love than we started out with and developed along the way.

But I guess if you take the romantic love part out of the song, the lyrics pretty much reflect the way I miss a lot of my old friends, some of whom I've lost touch with, some whose busy schedules allow us little (or none at all) time to meet, and of course, there are those like C and J* who used to be good friends of mine, but now we're hardly on speaking terms?

I wonder why.

But awkwardness is a facet of life and I guess that once friendships start to cross the line and awkwardness comes into play, it really does become quite weird. Only the stronger friendships will make it through such a test.

I guess ours just wasn't strong enough.
